I had an amazing experience with Computech. I showed up with a busted AC system- one I'd already gotten fixed two weeks before--right at the end of their work day (I wasn't aware they closed at 5 pm). Even though they were getting ready to close up, they took a look at my car and found the problem within 5 minutes. They even showed me what was wrong, taught me how to fix it myself if it ever happened again, and refused to charge me for any service. The people at Computech are highly skilled and incredibly caring and personable- I highly recommend them to anybody who is looking for a flexible, dependable, and generally kind crew. Definitely going back to them!!
I truly cannot say enough about this place. Our truck broke down on our way to a short vacation. It took two days for my insurance company to dispatch a tow truck company. That's a whole other issue. It was a frigid weekend we had two small children and a two week old puppy with us. They not only towed our truck from where we broke down. That had my truck on a lift within an hour, diagnosed and fixed like new the same day. They are truly professional and competent at what they do. We are not from the area and they could have charged us whatever because they knew we were stuck. They were fair and honest and did an amazing job. It was truly a pleasure to see people do their job and do it so well. I would recommend this place to anyone! Thank you again to the whole staff at Computech in Norwich!
All I have to say is fantastic people! I would not go to anyone else while in the area. I brought my jeep wrangler to them when the dealership couldn't figure out a manufacturing defect but the guys at Computech figured it out in a matter of a day. They have far superior troubleshooting skills than any dealership and they have my full confidence for the rest of my time in ct.
I was out of town on vacation and they got me in and fixed up fast. There's no BS. I got an estimate up front a recommendation and a repair costing exactly as promised on a tight timeline. This shop is 100% trustworthy.
