Fast friendly service. The manager Richard was awesome. And the mechanic was so friendly. All around they did their best to fit my needs and make sure I got full value for what I paid. This is DEFINATLY my PERMANENT car care place!
My go to place to go for minor car repairs. I go there for oil changes and the people who work there are usually very nice. I haven't had a bad experience there yet. And when there is something that is out of their league, they will let you know and also help direct you to a place where you can bring your car.
Absolutely love this location (Thames st norwich) there are 2.guys here I trust fully with my vehicles! They have been honest, respectful, and as helpful as possible from the first day I went there. I refuse to go anywhere else! If you want to get it done right the first time go see rich! Hands down the best!
