Vehicle service is shotty!
I arrived on time, was told my coupon wouldn't work unless I applied for a "Drive Card" credit card through them. I declined. I was given a price of $35 for synthetic blend. When they told me it was all done the price was $51.07. They explained my vehicle used 6 quarts instead of the 5 included in the cost. They knew the year, make and model the day before. One would hope that a "professional" shop would know how much oil they have to put in it. Then it was $14.99 for an oil filter. Doesn't an oil filter come with a "lube-oil-filter" change? Then the $2.90 for environmental disposal of waste oil. a $5.63 "shop supply fee" which includes "waste oil" right on their own invoice and they try to make me feel happy with a $14 discount bringing my $35 oil change up to $51.07.
Been going here for years and will continue to. They tell me what should be done and suggest the best options, but they never once forced me to do something unless it was an immediate danger to me. Great honest guys here. They earn money.
They staid late on a Sunday afternoon and tried to help us. Auto parts store didn't have the right part in Stock but they went above the call of duty for us.
This place is absolutely garbage !!!Do not go here the staff is rude. Service is slow and questionable. In fact, when I asked the mechanic what he did to the car he was unable to show me ( make sense of that?). The icing on the cake was I was returned my car without oil in it(nearly blowing my motor!. This is the only garage where I had to have my car taken away on a flatbed rather than leave with the car running don't go to Monro Muffler Brake & Service!!!
On Thursday drove in and asked how long a wait for an oil change. Manager laughed and said, "Well it won't be today, that much I'll tell ya." I asked for Friday. He said, "not in the morning we can't!" I asked for noon Friday and was given the appt.
Its not just the oil that's slick here.
