I'm not one to complain too much (the other 3 appointments I was ok with) - but this is pretty ridiculous. I was going to wait until I get the window installed (or not) before writing this, but now I'm too ticked right now to hold off.

OMG-try to get a time straight? I'm told 12-2:30 even though I scheduled a morning appointment-I call at 2:15 and I'll check? Really? Is this the way places do business-I have to say Safelite was no better. Doesn't anyone take pride in their jobs?

Have gone through 4 appointments so far and have yet to get my window replaced. I'm only holding on and hoping they actually get it replaced because its so cheap.

I have been here three times already.Two broken windows and some chips in windshield.They have the lowest price in the state. Always friendly and the car is done within an our. I drove an hour for their service. Would recommend to anyone. Call them first use the direct number better price than the 800 number.

2nd: The installer shows up, doesn't have the tool he needs, attempts to remove my windshield and does more damage to it (at first there was one small'sh crack) - after he left (not mentioning he damaged the windshield) - I was nervous to drive the car, as there were several cracks all the way through both panes of glass. He had to reschedule 4 days later to come back when he had the proper tool.

3rd appointment: I get a call an ~90 minutes after the initial time-frame, to be told that the installer can't make it because he is at another job and forgot a tool and has to go back to the job. Wow - I wish I would of gotten the same service as that fella!

First time thay went to the dealership. second time thay came out to fix it but it needed to be replaced had to get authorization from the dealership. Third time it was to be 10to12 at 12:30 I called them thay are still on a job call them at 2:10 he could not fine my house so he went on to the next job the numbers are on the house and mailbox my house is 5 feet off the road he if the dealership was not paying for this I would call safelite payless sucks

1st time - the guy apparently stopped too fast and broke the windshield. Understandable if it is true - not his fault. (someone pulled out in front of him)

I was then offered a small discount ($20 bucks) over the phone after being told I was going to have to reschedule for the 4th time. After I started to complain a bit about it, the guy tells me, "I'm sorry, were going to have to charge you regular price". Lovely.
