So when I got a glowing recommendation about a guy and his business from the manager of the tire shop in town I was more then a bit skeptical.
The struts in my car were destroyed... The car was dangerous to drive...
I've always had a lot of trepidation when it came to finding someone I could trust to work on my vehicles.
Now Mike at TMR... He does things differently.
What an awesome job. I was so thrilled I immediately brought my other car to him.
He walked me through and explained the problem, showed me the details and told me what was needed.
But I had a real problem.
As soon as I spent a few minutes talking with Mike at tmr automotive I knew I was in good hands.
I've been burned a # of times as I'm sure you have been too. In fact I've already written about one experience (you can see it on yelp) where I felt I really got screwed.
So I took a shot.
So I was prepared....
He used his 25 years of experience to take a hard look and evaluated the REAL situation.
That's exactly why he gave me a true SOLID & FAIR price.
The other guys all priced it the same way. They looked at their "book" and quoted me right out of the standard price book.
I had to have it fixed...
I pulled the trigger and let him get started.
(little did he know I already had 2 quotes and I knew exactly what the problem was)
I can comfortably say this is the place I'll be bringing my cars to hands down.
I'm sure you'll be happy you did.
BUT what I wasn't prepared for was the price he quoted me.
This is what I learned...
So if you're like me and a bit skittish when it comes to auto repair places you really need to visit TMR and tell Mike I sent you.
Wonderful people and reasonable prices.
But before you call him check out the prices of your current guy and then call Mike.
Five stars for and outstanding service! Staff is very polite, friendly. Whatever was wrong with my car was explained to me in simple words, I felt comfortable, and did not feel like I was being tricked into paying for something I did not need. Taking my cars there from now on :) !

So he priced it based on reality NOT the way the standard industry does it.
The price he quoted me beat all the other prices of the other shops in town for an excellent job, done quickly and extremely well.
