I just want to thank Melissa from the Norwich store for helping my family with their upgrades to the galaxy s5's. she is very knowledgable and even let us in on a few neat tips. we also purchased two tablets that she hooked up for us. we are very thankful for all her help. we will definitely be back for our next upgrades. thank you Melissa!!!!!!!!
Melissa was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. She thoroughly went over everything with me and made sure that I had everything I needed in order to complete my upgrade. Poorly run. Let people come in front of customers waiting in line. Can't imagine this place staying afloat when you have to wait for over an hour to be helped. I would have gone to a different verizon store had there been any others closer
I am so pleased with the service that I get here at Verizon in Norwich. All of their sales person are most helpful especially Jacob takes very good care of me I highly recommend this store
