Chris helped me upgrade my phone this evening and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. He stayed 30 minutes after closing to ensure my phone was set up properly and was attentive and straight forward. I’ll absolutely be visiting this store again.
Best experience I have had at a Verizon store! Chris Scantleberry was friendly and very helpful. He made the process of upgrading my phone quick and painless. I will definitely be back to see him when the time comes again!
My wife just went to upgrade our son’s iPhone. Salesman told her they were buy one get one free so she decided to upgrade mine as well. About two hours later she received a phone call stating they had made a mistake and the iPhones were only buy one get one if a new line is added. They told her she could bring the phone back without a restock fee (oh thanks) or we would be charged on our bill for the phone. Considering I have spent the last hour adding all the apps to my new phone and already wiped my old one I guess you just sold an extra phone. Highly unprofessional and I will never use this authorized retailer ever again. I will be sure to let everyone I know to go down the street to the Wireless Zone.
