The shipping/printing dept. is stellar. They can do almost anything and are pleasant to work with. Preston is the man!
Evey time i go to this location its usually for copies/ fax / service area.....although the guys that work there are extremely helpful, The wait is unacceptable! I dont understand why Staples doesn't capitalize on this WHILE increasing customer service BY HIRING MORE PEOPLE AND GETTING MORE EQUIPMENT AS THERE REALLY IS NOT A COMPARABLE PLACE AROUND THIS LOCATION. 1hour to 45min wait everytime!

Print center employees were more interested in conversation amongst themselves and friends than with helping customers. 25 minutes later I decided to use the self service copiers and do the job myself
