Never had a problem as long as I pay on time! Sometimes I forget and they call me obsessively, but they are used to assholes not paying so I get it. Don't be a dumbass and think you can get something for free and you should be all set.

Worst experience ever. The couch I rented smelled like burnt hair and had an infestation of roaches. I didn't know it until it was brought to new apartment. I complained to the rent a center sales associate and he did nothing the first time, asked the sales person to help, he said he would tell his manager, I never received a call back or anything. A few weeks later I called and spoke to the manager he stated that he would have a different set delivered to my house in two weeks, I have now paid off everything I purchased and I'm still unable to even sit on the couch or even walk in my living room with out smelling the foul stench that the couch emits.
Horrible the guy was rude couldn't handle me asking questions caught an attitude and told me he was done then they took my money to tell me oh it was put on a different account and we will call back and never called me back! I wish I could give negative stars on this

Rent-A-Center will give you different prices & it goes up. They act like as if they don't work together & are very unprofessional. They are stupid or play stupid. lol And especially when you correct them (Which customers have a right to do), they are very rude or act clueless asf!!!! SMFDH
I am still getting calls from the brain dead sales person telling me I can get items at good rates, after I have told the sales person I will never go to them again because I ended up paying full price for the most disgusting putrid furniture in existence. I could have picked up a better living room set at the local dump.
My hubby and i grew up in Norwich CT, so we know this is not the place to deal with. Aaron's is the place to go and they are also on the West side, (Right near family Dollar).
Convienent if you need furniture in a hurry......will work with you on payments if you get into a little money trouble.
They set up my couch and were on time and the guy at the store I dealt with was super friendly. No problems.
You would be wiser to check out Craigslist or facebook then using such quacks like these guys.
