I got to test drive the car I was most interested in, was able to hold it for the day while I decided and was given a deal that I wanted. They also gave me more than I expected to get for my trade in which seriously helped me out with the total price I would be paying for my 2015 Chevy Equinox! My experience at Scranton Chevrolet of Norwich was nothing less than excellent. My vehicle was there for warranty work due to serious mechanical damage and I can truly say they put the customer first and did everything in their power to accomodate me throughout the duration of the repairs. They maintained excellent communication throughout the entire time my vehicle was there and provided the best level of customer care anyone could ask for. From the moment I arrived until everything was complete I was continuously pleased with their customer service. Tammy Davis was the service employee I dealt with on a daily basis and I cannot say enough good things about her performance. The quality of work performed on my vehicle was also very high and there were zero issues with my car despite the extensive work that was performed. I trust Scranton Chevrolet and would highly recommend anyone to service their vehicle there.
Showed up without an appointment looking for a Colorado. I was a little worried as I had to drive over an hour to get there, after getting burned by another dealer. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Liz did a great job and got me an awesome deal on a beautiful truck, exactly what I wanted! She even helped get me a spray in bed liner within 2 days. My overall experience has been excellent, and I'm so happy with my purchase. I would highly recommend checking them out if your in the market for a new or used Chevy.
LOVE, LOVE, LOVED RAY RAY!!! He is an amazing salesman, he made the entire process very enjoyable. Let's face it, buying a car is exciting, but the paperwork and the waiting is always the worst part. Not due to experience, it is just part of the process. However, Ray L (Ray Ray), made the process so seamless and very very fun. He has the BEST attitude and always had a smile on his face even if I was being a pain in the you-know-what. I highly recommend going to Scranton in Norwich.
