SCAM! Do not buy from these guys! Typical used car salesman type! My interaction was with Doug and it was the WORST! STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!
Sold a vehicle to these guys on Ebay, they did not make deposit and when I spoke with them over the phone he was very polite and explained that he had someone else buying the unit but they had backed out. Regardless they committed to the purchase, which he said even if they did not find another buyer he would be purchasing it and would make the deposit after the weekend. Never heard back from them again. Let this be an example of how they will treat you as a customer!
They stand behind their product and their services. Always willing to stop what they're doing to give a simple diagnosis or just lend a helping hand.

I have purchased several vehicles from Doug and Dave and all experiences have been excellent. I have bought a used car from a different used car dealer before, and when I had issues with the vehicle they seemed annoyed with me for looking for repairs. Not Doug and Dave. They are concerned about any issue I have, and work with you to get the most of your money. They treat you like family, probably better. From used cars to auto repair, they are the ones to see.

Dave and Doug have treated me like family here and they have gone above and beyond with helping me make the best financial decisions on making this car last for years to come. I'm going to get a warranty now as we have been keeping an eye on some minor issues that can potentially backfire in the future . I'm so greatful I have chosen Sanford auto . I have had several used cars in the past from different places but Dave and Doug have been the only ones who helped me actually figure out the best course of action in keeping this car going. My biggest recommendation is to get a warranty because used cars can be unpredictable and that's not the mechanics fault . They have no problem in giving you advice dissecting multiple options as if they were in your position and they WILL help you make a smart a decision if you are willing to take the advice.
