I contacted Premier Auto Service I was looking for a used vehicle and I was interested in an 05 Chevy Silverado that they had up there so I spoke with Dave and ask him a couple questions went up there looked at the truck he went over the whole vehicle with me and what questions I had for him I purchased the vehicle they put it through emissions and replace any parts that need to be replaced they do a safety check to make sure the vehicle is roadworthy and safe for their customers the service here is phenomenal I would recommend them to anybody
I bought a SUV from Dave about 3 months ago. I was able to drive it for 1.5 weeks. To start off, I was given a hard time with registering the vehicle. He told me he would go and register it for me, well when he went to register it, "something happened" and wasn't able to register it for me. So I had to take a day off from work to go sit at DMV for 6 hours. A week and a half after I bought it, and registered it, the transmission line popped off the transmission. I then had the SUV towed back to his shop, on my expense, and it sat for a week before he put the tranny line back on. I leave the lot, and I get about 100 feet down the road and the transmission starts slipping. So, I call him back up and tell him the transmission is blown. I was given a 30 day warrantee with the vehicle. I was able to use it for about 2 weeks. When he told me he was going to put a claim in for the transmission, he said it would take 6 days to have one and it be installed. Well what a coincidence. When I went back 6 days later, his mechanic "quit". So my SUV sat at his shop for 2 months. I continuously ask him what's going on and he continued to have excuses. Finally he calls me up and tells me to give him $300 and he will put a used transmission in the vehicle. So much for a warrantee, right? Then when I finally get the SUV back almost 3 months later, I find out that it doesn't idle when in gear, keeps stalling out. A bunch of electronics inside the vehicle now don't work, and I pulled into my apartment and it started leaking fluid all over the ground. So now I'm back to square one with no vehicle, stuck paying for a rental because he has not provided me with one, and all these new problems are now coming out of my pocket because he let the truck sit and ran my warrantee out. So if anyone wants there warrantee ran out, a bunch of issues with their car not fixed in a timely manner, and someone to keep playing games, YOU got the right place. I am very very dissatisfied with the way ive been treated, and the way he has handled this situation.
They have been very fair and reasonable price. Dave has taken such good care of us that we have just bought a second car from him.
