I generally have good luck at Gorins. We checked out five other furniture places in addition to Gorins, and found the selection here to be far superior to all of the others. While salespeople were helpful and friendly in every store, we found Theresa to be a joy to work with. She is very knowledgeable about the products, she made herself available without us ever feeling ‘stalked’, and she has a warm personality, very easy to conduct business with. We are in the market for a couple of pieces later in the year and will definitely look at Gorins first.
We spoke with Dave via phone prior to traveling to the store to verify they carried the style we were looking for. Upon our arrival, he was extremely helpful, providing us with additional catalogue options. We found what we wanted, placed the order, and enjoyed our conversation as well.
