I was happy with the purchased I made but my problem was the front desk. She was so rude and not helpful at all. I had left my id at school and was there to pick up an order. Instead of helping me with figuring out how to get the order, she was rolling her eyes and wasn't even ready to help. She won't let me even finish my Sentence. ( on my defense, the sale associate told me nothing about Id, told me take my receipt with me) Then I had to call the sale associate and she talked with the front desk. Then she said, if the sale associate put my uncles name on the order, then he can pick up the order. That was something she could have told me and solve the problem there. May be I was Asian and she thought I don't know how the system works.
