Customer service sucks. They made us wait an additional week, then said sorry delivery is full we tried to call yesterday but you didn't call back... I did and voicemail was not active it hangs up on you. Then called the minute they opened and they said oh it will have to be next week.... then when requested refund to go somewhere else they tell me the refund lady isn't in... I'm going to get my money now so I can buy another couch!!!
Decent furniture at fair prices. You won't find the highest quality, but it's par for the course and affordable. They will even work out a rent to own plan, should you need one.
This place is huge and we got a really good deal on a dresser with mirror.
I have a feeling that I caught them on an off day. There were only two people working and they seemed a bit irritated to have to wait on me...that's probably because it was a significant walk to get to the showroom. I did purchase some furniture and am pretty happy with the price I paid.
never again! Prices aren't worth the hassle... I will never recommend this place
