They are unorganized. Very bad customer service
After placing my order, receiving it and sitting down to eat that it occurred to me that the whole process that I just did here at Wendy's went so smoothly, the service was so courtious and fast and my food was perfect! I had almost ordered at burger king and had left because of the manager not being willing to honor a coupon on their app. I'm so happy that I had the difficulty at burger king and came to Wendy's.

The reason for four star is thy have no garbage cans outside for if u eat in your car and wish to throw the stuff out u have to throw it on the ground and thats for all Wendys in fact not at this wendys but at other Wendys thy told me it was okay to throw it on the ground and it is not the individual Wendys it is all of them so it is corporates fault
