I travel from NJ for work , around the corner from Tulli's. I have gone here twice now and I must say, it is worth every penny! Their famous meatballs are a must try, don't leave without trying them ! Staff is extremely friendly too. Thanks for such delicious home made food, currently eating a slice of pizza in my hotel room.
They have a solid breakfast with great prices. They also run unique specials like steak hash and Vermont omelets among many others. My only issue which is a good issue for the restaurant is that Tulli's is small. If you go when it's busy you might have to wait, but it's worth the wait. Definitely a top 3 breakfast spot in Norwich.
Stopped here while road tripping out to Rhode Island. Amazing place! My waitress Hannah made me feel so welcome as if I was in a relative's home and the food was absolutely amazing! Fresh ingredients, great presentation. Would recommend to anyone near the area!
