Hit or miss depending on the day and time. Normally the food is pretty good, except the last time I went. Messed up the food after it took about 15 min to get through the drive thru. And then sweet tea was off.
They are literally terrible. It’s all young kids that work there, Management is very very rude, and no one takes the job seriously. If I go there at 530 before the dinner rush and they are out of something and not making anymore for the rest of the night , that’s a problem. Staff is lazy and rude , I will not be going back to this location ever!

I love Popeye's and it's easily my favorite fast food chicken. I prefer this location over the one in New London because it's closer and has better service. However I wish more people around here were into Popeye's because I rarely see it busy anymore. Therefore, the chicken you get isn't always the freshest. It's still hot and good though. I recommend three bone-in spicy chicken every time. The strips are good but can often be very dry.
Loved their mild chicken tenders. Nice and crispy! I also had the onion rings which I thought were good too. I had some of my fiancés mash potatoes and I thought they're much better than KFC, same with the biscuits.
