Typical KFC location, food is usually good but the interior is quite clearly aging and I often find myself waiting for 10-15 minutes to receive an order.

I previously gave 5 stars for this location, but I am taking that back. The person at the Drive thru(receipt says her name is Zeneida) never smiled, no greetings, never asked for any sauces. Drove all the way home and realized that there was only 6 chicken strips instead of 9. It's too far away to drive home, so called them and the manager named Ricardo said bring the receipt next time and they will give me the missing 3. Ruined my dinner and just told me to come back. Other companies usually issue coupons to use later. When I asked him do I have to contact corporate to resolve the problem, he said do whatever you want. I don't want to go back there anymore.
Does anyone really need a review of the kfc/ tacobell to know you aren't gonna feel good after visiting?
