Absolutely terrible. I order a pizza along with a marble cookie brownie, the marble cookie brownie was over baked and hard. I could tap it on my plate and it sounded like a rock. I called and requested a new one, and the girl "Brit" had a terrible attitude telling me that the dessert goes through a conveyer so it couldn't be over baked. I stated that it was and asked for a new one, and over an hour later got nothing. I called AGAIN and was told the driver came up to my door and I didn't answer. i have a note in my order than says what number to call once they're here and no one called . I order dominos frequently and I've always gottten a call from the driver. The driver came back and delivered the new marble cookie brownie, which is just as hard and over baked as the first one, and it wasn't even cut into even squares. I say it was over baked because NO part of this was soft. It was a basic crunchy chocolate chip cookie brownie. So now I have 4 nephews arguing over who got the bigger pierce of this thing! This was a frustrating order and delivery expirience.

This place is price gauging. 15 dollar min order. Higher than NYC. They hide the 5.99 for two and more and offer the same deal except you have to buy three. They charge you extra for the different sauces. They have the nerve to call it a topping. Their double cheese was barely extra cheese (on three different orders) And top of it, their employees publicly blast customers on social media and say without these extra costs they would lose money but yet the rest of the country makes out just fine. Worst service ever. Seriously disappointed as I am a Dominos fan and eat this a lot.

I think the point/pizza rewards system is a great idea, but I think it should be modified. A large pizza shouldn't accrue the same amount as a smaller pizza. I think assigning certain point values for different items would be a great idea. A large pizza gets 15, a medium pizza 10, and a small 5. Side orders like wings, cheesy bread, etc...can also be assigned a certain point value. Then raise the amount of points required to earn a free pizza...say 100 points? Just a thought.

i like dominos especially the cheesy bread but we paid for sauce and didn’t get it. we got take out so didn’t realize till we got home 15 miles away. make sure you check for your sauce before heading out! :-p

Service is often good, staff is often polite. Mostly on time, I have notice the increase in prices. This effects how much of a tip can be given to the drivers if you are paying $25 for a order including more in delivery fees. 4 star quality but 3 star prices.
