Where do I start! First off - Love the Kantzios family. Kosta, James and Debbie are literally like family. The Pizza and Grinder ingredients, I know first hand are cut, shredded and prepared daily. Dough is made fresh every morning before some of us are even awake. Although Kosta (Gus) is 6 foot something and looks like he could kill you with 1 hand.. He has a big heart and is probably the only Kind hearted Greek I know... He has worked and built Asylum Street Pizza up since 1984 and his passion for cooking shows that.. Only wish he would deliver to Charlotte NC.. :)
