The staff has been very friendly and approachable. I'm in a no g suite and its very nice. Everything was super clean and there is so much space!
Really nice room with comfortable beds and a large TV. Kinda strange being right next to a cemetery but it was quiet! It is also close to the highway so we thought it would be loud but it wasn't at all! We didn't get to use the pool or anything because we were just there for one night after an event at Mohegan Sun. There was a free shuttle available but we did not utilize it. All in all it was a great hotel with friendly staff and a great hot breakfast! Will definitely consider it again on out next casino trip
Great, Outstanding, Friendly, Very professional staff. My wife and I had the very good pleasure of staying at the New Hilton Inn, in Norwich Ct. The Spa, modern rooms; "Great", the size of the room; "Great". I'm not big on hotel beds, but this King size bed really was comfortable. We have nothing to say but good things about this Hotel and staff. *****(5 Stars) and hope to see you again.
Perfect hotel for a night at the casino. Went with a group of friends to Mohegan and decided to stay here over Mohegan's high hotel room prices. Check in and check out was easy, staff was super friendly, rooms were modern and very clean. The shuttle to and from the casino was also super helpful and included in the price. Free breakfast in the morning could've been better but I'm not complaining. Overall an excellent experience, I would highly recommend this hotel.
New hotel still figuring out its way forward to serve guests the best way they can. Bar was open but not stocked for a gin and tonic or a margarita. Rooms are new and clean and the kids had a blast in their AMAZING blue lit pool!
