7-3pm were great. Room door did not shut tightly. Friday night had party going on both sides of corridor until 3am even after front desk spoke with them Police should have been called would not recommend

This is a great hotel for the money. The staff is top notch. They were even kind enough to upgrade my room free of charge. The breakfast in the morning is very nice and enjoyable. The inside pool is usually very quiet and big enough to swim around (open 24 hours). I would highly recommend this hotel to friends and family.
The room and breakfast were both fantastic. The rates are very good this close to the casinos. The indoor heated pool was also very nice.
Dirty room, no one answering at the desk at 7pm. Someone near us was smoking pot all night and it stunk bad. Got food poisoning from the free continental breakfast (day 2, day one was fine) and had to stop at another hotel while driving home later that night
be careful. I had three nights and golden cross and chain was lost. On the third day I realized that I was lost, so I could not prove it. It was allegedly removed from the bag during the room cleaning. Do not be afraid of valuable items in the room.If you come to Norwich ct, do not choose this hotel
