There's plenty of shopping choices nearby, a couple good places to grab something to eat.
Sometimes I do my laundry there and sometimes I drop it off to be done. The regular employees are friendly and seem to care about their customers. However, today I dropped my laundry off before noon and I came back at about 715 pm to pick it up. Their hours are until 10 pm. When I get there, the doors are locked but there are two staff inside. I knock on the door, whe the woman opened the door, I said I am here to get my laundry... with a snotty attitude and she starts shaking her head "No no, we are closed, I have no money" And shut the door. This place is a mom and pops and it's not like they have hundreds of orders that were dropped off in one day. Wouldn't you think the very very few orders you do have could be given a courtesy call that they would be closing early due to weather?? Very irritating considering I spend a lot of money there and have been going there for almost 10 years. But unfortunately, I think I am done using this laundromat and I will pass the word that they are not pleasant.
The laundromat is always attended by an employee. All the employees are friendly, courteous, "laundry" smart, and always willing to lend you a hand if you need it.
99% of the machines work 99% of the time. There's usually a washer down, or a dryer, but that's to be expected at a laundromat. They are fixed very quickly, and the staff will inform you even if one isn't up to par, but not quite broken.
They provide cups for your quarters, have tennis balls available for you to use if you want to use them to "fluff" up your blankets when drying them.
Had to wash clothes 3 times to get soap out.A lot of the machines didn't work properly.
If I had to bet, this is the best laundromat in Norwich.

Clean!!! Love the wash dry fold drop off it's pretty affordable. Always has an attendant to help you. Dry cleaning is fantastic! Have not tried the shoe repair yet or the rug repair. The best so far in the area.
