Machines stole money refused to refund had to call police they got our money back. Norwich PD are good people. Owner is shystie. Need new machines and he needs better customer service skills. Very rude man ..told me to never come back cause he lost that battle..all I wanted to do was switch washers with money he could of just given me. Instead called me a liar during phone call..Do you're laundry somewhere else don't play victim I warned you all..Dellfield laundry on north main norwich is great..good washers and dryers and clean..Thank you to the Norwich police dept for they great service..they could of been fighting real crime not a laundromat Shuster who didn't have to be so rude and belliggerant..good luck to all if you go there..this is all facts not one part is made up..also thank you to the people that was there to witness it..
