I would never recommend norwich pediatrics to anyone. After about 10 visits we decided to change doctors. On the last few visits they told us something was wrong with our son then immediately after that we went to the new doc who told us he is perfectly healthy.
The doctor's here are wonderful! My daughter is 12 and has been seen by this practice since birth. They take the time to answer your questions and are very knowledgeable and they truly care about your child.
The wait is ALWAYS REDICULOUS
My Daughter, who is 2 has been with the practice since birth and the Dr's and Nurses are great. I've never had a bad experience there.
Paper records in 2017! I have been trying to transfer my children for months, and there's some ridiculous issue in a weekly basis. The doctors are wonderful, but office staff is rude, especially at the window. Honestly, the nastiest people I've ever encountered. Three weeks to get camp paperwork signed off. I can not get my kids transferred fast enough.
