Reliance House is supposed to be helping people with disabilities, but instead most of the staff there are very unprofessional, and DO NOT help in the way they should or they DO NOT put much effort into their work with the clients.

For years now they have been jerking people around, taking some of their money, and being rude with the clients/families.

During one of the events at the Pequot Museum one of the women staff from Reliance House took it upon herself to stalk me and make me uncomfortable to the point of tears. I had been a client there for close to 2 years with no problems until my service coordinator left her position and I got a new service coordinator. After that all I did was end up rescheduling appointment after appointment for ridiculous reasons. Even the closing of my case there was unprofessional.
THIS PLACE HAS ALL THESE STARS, BECAUSE THE STAFF ARE IMMATURE, LYING, DESPERATE A**HOLES AND ARE ON HERE THEMSELVES!!!! I BET!!!!!

If you expect help from them, GOOD LUCK!!!! And if you are white (well anywhere, not just here), you're kinda screwed. You are the minority now and will be helped last if you get the right help though. GOOD LUCK!!!!! JFS!!!!!!
