I've been going here since 2001 and always have had good experiences until recently. I was just seen at the end of March, my visit went well and as usual I was made to feel very comfortable. During my appointment we discussed options to regulate ovulation. I decided which script I thought would work out best for me and was told if I had any questions later on to let them know. The script was going to be called in. When I went to pick it up from the pharmacy they had no record of anything being called in. After calling OBGYN Services back, I found out that it a had been called into a pharmacy that I had never even used before. Mind you, I had updated ALL of my information with OBGYN Services at my recent appointment. Come to find out, NONE of the info I updated with them had been entered into the computer. While on the phone with them, I said I had changed my mind about which script I wanted to use and would like to speak to who I had my appointment with to discuss this further. I asked if it was possible for her to call me back whenever she had some free time. They said yes, they'd have her call and took my number. This was a Friday, I never heard back and wanted to start the script ASAP. Monday rolls around, I call again. They STILL don't have my info updated in their computer system. I give it to them AGAIN. I told them I never received a call back and still need to to speak with my Dr. They took my number again and assured me I would receive a call back THAT DAY. Well, once again I never received that call. As you can imagine, I'm very frustrated and not at all happy. I honestly think the message just isn't being relayed to my doctor. She's very good and plan to continue to see her, but not at all please with the way the office has been handling this matter. Going to attempt another call today and hope for results!
Decent staff, confusing location to get to if you've never been there, VERY long wait times. Every time I've been there I've waited about an hour or longer.

The worst doctor's office I've ever been to the nurses are the worst they always confuse scheduling and won't prescribe when they mess up appointment times.
My wife goes here and she always has a great experience I know I'm not the best guy to review an OB/GYN but my wife is pretty picky and she's very comfortable with the staff here
