I called looking for a floral arrangement for my future sister-in-law who is getting married this weekend. The delivery was timely and the arrangement was absolutely perfect! The colors were gorgeous and the flowers were so fresh! I have used this florist for all my local Norwich needs and I live in Chicago. I have NEVER had an issue with either the flowers or customer service. They always deliver beautiful arrangements unlike some of the national toll free numbers. One time my mom called and said it looked like someone dropped the arrangement. Without any argument, a new, freshly arranged bouquet was delivered the next day.
