I assume you are only surviving as a business because you are located across the street from a hospital. You DO NOT deliver what you advertise, you scam people when you have the chance, and this has been going on for 5 years according to your reviews! I'm embarrassed for using your establishment. Since you always have the same response to those who write bad reviews, I've included pics of what I ordered and what my poor mother got for her birthday... sorry Mom. DO YOU SEE ANY FERNS IN THE ADVERTISED ARRANGEMENT? Does it look like the order was filled for full value???
Ordered flowers thru 800 flowers and doesn't even have same flowers in arrangement should have stopped at stop & shop would have looked better. This florist doesn't take pride in there work. The 1 star is to much of a rating

We were EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED with the flowers we ordered for our father's funeral. A small, unimpressive, cheap-looking glass vase (which I found on line for $4.99) with 6 roses and 6 oriental lilies, and a few fill-in flowers for $125 is pathetic. When I called to express our disappointment, the manager's generic answer was that we got "full value". When I stated that I could buy the particular vase they provided for under $5.00, I was told how expensive the vase was. I would compare their "expensive vase" to a mason jar. At a time of sorrow, we rely on professionals to do their best. If this was their best, they are certainly well below a minimal standard. Those who sent flowers using Tela Flora to honor our father were the wise ones. Their flowers were SO much more beautifully done and impressive. We will never use nor recommend Johnson's Flowers & Gifts in Norwich CT for ANYTHING.
What a shame, ordered some flowers from there, advertised was a large bouquet of flowers 12 inches wide. It looked awesome in the pictures.
Nice response! You are not that concerned because you did not attempt to contact us to rectify the issue. AND... you removed our poor review of you off your web site. You had a chance to correct this but you would rather try to explain your side instead of fixing. Good to see other poor reviews of your service.
Dark and dingy. Very very expensive And flowers are not fresh
What was delivered looked more like they stopped in to Stop and Shop on the way and grabbed one of their pre-made arrangements for 12.99. I think I counted 7 stemmed flowers in there all together. Sad. Not the first bad experience here, but fool me
