I've gone here three or four times and all the staff have been outstanding. I've always been in and out within an hour with all my needs addressed. If I could rate them higher than five stars, I would. I'd recommend them over Backus er any day.
Checked in online and was given a time of 1130. We showed up at 1110 and was told the wait would be apx 2 hours. Why check in online if your not going to honor the times? I understand a little wait could occur it's urgent care but they were taking walk-ins before us that came in the door at the same time. My son wasn't seen until 1215. (Granted better than an additional 2 hours but still 45 minutes from the time given for online check in). The aprn was condescending and seemed inconvenienced by our presence. She repeatedly asked the same questions and was rude.
My daughter was recently seen and we ran in 30 minutes before closing because she suddenly spiked a temp. The staff and doctor didn't act the least bit annoyed or inconvenienced and took great care of her! They were patient in figuring out a medicine that would work due to her allergies. I was so thankful and impressed by the experience!
The staff is quick efficient and handle you with compassion. Doctors are great and take good care of you. I love there is very little to no wait in office always in and out
After finding not one but two of my doctors unavailable on Monday I stopped into Physician One in Norwich. Naturally my asthma went into full bloom on Friday night and the weekend was tough. From registering to completion my experience was top notch. Each individual was knowledgeable and compassionate, thorough and kind. Although I was encouraged to seek more complex treatment at the Emergency Room should I need it the thoroughness and course to follow will most likely put me back on my feet.
