The staff and the doctors are nice when you’re physically there. But trying to get someone on the phone is almost impossible. Every time I call to try to schedule an appointment I’m on hold for too long and always get connected to the answering service, even when there is supposed to be open. And some times when I get connected to the answering service I get hung up on and I have to call back and wait on hold again to get connected to someone who’s not entirely friendly. It is incredibly frustrating to deal with.
