Leslie, Drs helper, is awesome. The ladies at the front desk... They pretend they don't know you're standing there and standing there and standing there. News flash, you're dealing with the public , so you should at least "pretend" to be a people person

Mother in law was hospitalized for a GI BLEED, a GI BLEED. They (Dr. SOOD) wants her to get surgery BUT WILL NOT sign FMLA (Family Medical Leave Act) paperwork. RIDICULOUS!!!
