I've tried this tacobell several times. And every time I always say I'm going to give them another chance. But today I am DONE. I get the same order every time we go there. I get two cheesy gordita crunches with nacho cheese, and a bean burrito. Out of the 5 times we've gone there the gorditas are nearly empty every time. Like they literally put half the ingredients they are supposed to. I want to add that I worked at tacobell when I was 16, so I'm fully aware that every item is supposed to meet a certain weight. Secondly, the flat bread is always dry and the taco shells are always stale. Today the nacho cheese side cups I ordered had CHUNKS in them and dried cheese which only happens when the employees are not cleaning the containers out and changing them within the time they are supposed to be changed. I'm so disgusted I can't even finish my meal. I'll also be posting this review on ever site that I can. Thanks for nothing Norwich-Salem tacobell.
Got to be honest with you people. I am a retired executive chef. I am classically trained and had specialized as a Saucier. In my life there are two sauces that I have never been able to replicate. One is the ginger dressing that goes on salads in a Japanese restaurant that I can now make as a result of a consult I did for a Japanese restaurant owned by a friend of mine. So I ended up with the recipe. The only other sauce that I have never been able to replicate is your fire sauce which I could just die for. Of course I can make my own burritos and have many a special burrito on my menus. But I come for the sauce. I buy two or three burritos and i stuff my pockets with your fire sauce. I do know you bottle and sell it at Walmart but I am hoping that I am going to be able to buy a case of the Fire Sauce PC packets that most likely come in boxes of a thousand from the manager of the Norwich Taco Bell. As far as my experience at this location it has been nothing but a joy and a pleasure each and every time I have visited. I've gotten to know the staff they've gotten to know me and I'm there minimum twice a week. Clean environment, consistent food, and a friendly staff tends to lead to a wonderful fast food dining experience. Thanks very much executive chef T. Jay H.
Food is good always, staff can seem like they rush people. It is always busy when i visit, always a big line in parking lot. The only tacobell in the area. Entering the building seems a little dangerous becouse the drivethrough line always wraps in front of the door. Need more taco bells with better locations. :(
Waited for over 15mins in drive thru for my food. They didn't put ice in my drink food was Okay.
usually have issues with the food here. no one can seem to make the food correctly. If your not getting an attitude from the cashier, its someone in the back from the local halfway house that is making your food crappy.
