When you go to a DMV, you don't expect much. This location is no better than that expectation. It's always slower than you expect - even expecting it to be slow. Staff occasionally disappear from their posts for up to an hour at random, leaving you sitting there praying they'll return soon to reduce the numbers in-front of yours so you can leave. The interior definitely could use some renovating, it's very worn inside. Get here early and you'll get through in a decent amount of time, but take however long you expect it to take, and double that.
Must say i was not looking forward to my visit today i have always found staff helpful and polite but waiting several hours sucks but new system must be working 15 min in and out thank you
Nice people, well organized...unlike the customers...who expect registration miracles. Do some research and have the proper paperwork prepared in advance. Bring a coffee and have some patience, you are not the first person to have the bright idea to get this done early on a Saturday...oh..pay your taxes on time and may God continue to bless America.
Correct me id I am wrong but when renewing your license arent they supposed to send you a post card in regards to renewing it? I ask only because one was never sent to my home and when I happened to look at it 2 days after it was supposed to be renewed I immediately went to the dmv and was charged a late fee ! I mean there has to be an explanation for them not mailing me something in advance to the renewal period. I mean who sits there and looks at there license on a daily basis. There has got to be a way to get that error rectified.... And the teller's nasty attitude when asked why am I being charged so much for an error on the Dmv's side she then says "Sir well maybe next time you will get it renewed before the renewal period is up". It is like lady I dont want to be here anymore then you do but unfortunately I need to be.
They messed up my license and are charging me another $30 to get a new license with the correct information on it. Called in to ask about how to do it and got a very rude response. This place is a joke. Get some competent workers instead of the idiot mouth-breathers you currently have employed.
