I was glad I went to Grader Jewelers after going to a few larger chain jewelers in search of an engagement ring for my girlfriend. They carefully listened to what I was looking for and I ended up getting the perfect ring from them. They are extremely helpful. She got her wedding band from them, too. We both definitely recommend them.
Great work on my 18 kt gold necklace I had ripped it in half mowing my lawn. I brought it to their store in Norwich CT. Heidi the sales associate was very pleasant and informative and made me feel at ease with leaving my necklace there and do the repair . I don't know who the jeweler was that did the repair but he or she did A GREAT JOB. VERY HAPPY WITH THE OUTCOME. THANK YOU
