This company is excellent. As a professional in the industry I have worked for other companies and have chosen to be a customer of NLC.
What, what issue? I learned all of this by speaking with a customer service rep. NLC dropped me withOUT inspecting the house AFTER ServePro did the work.This is rather deceitful type of work. I've been told to speak with my insurance agent, and I will. I will NEVER recommend a company that can not do face to face business, and deal directly with the customer.

This company is good to you only until you pay their premium. When you file a claim for anything they are super annoying to deal with. I have been struggling for almost two month for a claim and still haven't finalized yet. I called adjuster multiple time and left her a message talked to supervisor but they are just super slow. I suggest not to deal with this insurance if you want easier settlement after any incident might happen.
They go above and beyond for their policy holders and assisted me through an extremely difficult and involved claim.
Disgusted! I filed a claim with NLC, I called and requested that the appraiser come to save the insurance company some money. I then had ServePro come and do the work, as well as replaced the broken plumbing. My house is in active foreclosure, and therefore I did not get the notice that NLC was not renewing my policy due to prior damage from a "preexisting" issue.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank NLC for dropping me. It is something I should have done for myself a long time ago! Yes, now I am paying about a hundred dollars LESS a month for the SAME COVERAGE!!!!!! I am so satisfied with my NEW insurance company!
