Their salesman, Guy, knew right away which model I needed as we were replacing an atypically small microwave which had to fit in our wall cabinets. Success, ease of pick and they recycled our old microwave.
I had a fantastic experience at Keith's Appliance with Guy Jennings. We renovated our kitchen and bought our appliances, including a professional stove, from Keith's. Their prices were great, but the customer service and experience was the standout. Even the delivery people were fantastic. My only regret is not going to Guy for my earlier appliances purchases. I will never go back to a big-box store.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!! I'm not sure where to start. We purchased two high end Electrolux washer and drier from you with extended warranty. On November 10th a tech came out to look at the issue ( E 61 code). The man ordered a part. Fast forward to after thanksgiving I called and spoke with Hope in service to check the status of the part. She told me it hadn't been shipped and she isn't sure when it will be. I called back the next week and got the same answer from Hope. I called back since at this point it was almost 3 weeks with this on going issue and spoke with Bobi. She called to check in on the part and they were going to over night it! Week 4 the part finally came in and a tech came to install it. He tested the drier and seemed fine and left. I did a load of laundry and of course the drier was still giving that E 61 code! The same tech came back and figured out it was the motor. Part was ordered! At this point we are beyond fed up with your company! I called dec 15th and spoke with Bobi to check the status of the new parts only one part is in and the other part is still to arrive . At this point it won't be fixed until after Christmas and it will be over a month and half of this nightmare!! You say you are a "family run business" you sure don't give that above and beyond family run business customer services! We are a family of 5 with small young children and you have NOT once apologized or ask if you could cover the cost to wash and fold or even better bring a loaner in until the problem is fixed!! After dealing with kids with the stomach bug this weekend. Trying to wash and dry without a drier we will NEVER do business with you again nor will we refer you to friends and family!!
The show room was clean and inviting with a lot of inventory. Sales woman offered help and suggestions. When we made a decision, she was helpful and efficient to take the order over the phone, and also efficiently set up installation. No glitches, easy, very happy.
