The drive through is convenient if a little slow. The inside is clean and roomy.
I go here all the time and my coffee is normally pretty good but the staff is just so damn rude. God forbid you ask for napkins in the drive thru. I don't understand how turning around and grabbing some napkins is an inconvenience but they've made it very clear that it's a waste of their precious time.
A beautiful example of a Starbucks, with a nicely themed and decorated interior. Food quality here is excellent, as is the drinks. My only issue here is that often when crowded service is slow - and there is an unbelievably poor lack of parking. Roughly a 10 car parking lot or less, it's hard to do anything but the drive thru for this reason.
Have been here a number of times and have enjoyed the coffee and time with a friend. This week I was here to just pick up a coffee but it was a much busier time than I have been before. It took quite a while to get through to my order (around 15 minutes while my husband waited in the car) because they had a lot of people in the drive through. Also at this busy time it is much too noisy with music and all they people talking. It was hard to even hear the barista. I'll try to stick to the slower times because I do enjoy the coffee.
Friendly staff. Never really had a complaint. They're even knowledgeable about dietary and allergy concerns as my son had both.
