KELLI RAE GALLAGHER IS THE BOMB! Literally has the hands of Jesus Christ. She always asks how the pressure is, and makes sure to work all the spots you ask for precisely. She is really strong and amazing at deep tissue, unlike other massages I've had where I felt like they were just rubbing my back like a little fairy. She's so funny and will keep you smiling. Had a fantastic experience! Definitely will go back to her!
Omg! Visited here over the summer and just had an amazing time! Food at Kensingtons was AMAZING! Staff were all friendly, loved my massage, had fun at the belly dancing class, ate a yummy frozen yogurt parfait, the facilities were clean and we enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and steam room. I love that the lockers are locked with your personal code- no need to carry a key! Beautiful grounds. I highly recommend!!!
We were told that check in was at 4 p.m. when we arrived a bit after 4, we were told that our room was not ready. We wanted some time before our concert at the casino to freshen up, however, that was not possible. We were not really given an explanation/apology for why the room was not ready. We spoke with others in the lobby who were also waiting for their room to be ready too. We were not able to get a room with 2 beds, which was fine, but they also did not have cots available either. We would have asked before hand, but the online instructions specified to wait until check in for special requests. Soon after we got into the room, we found that if we closed the bathroom door all the way we would be locked in and someone on the outside had to open the door (thankfully this happened when we were both in the room). We expected more for the amount of money spent on our room and were disappointed. We did like how close to the casino the inn is, though.
The grounds and historic inn are lovely but the quality and value of services has declined sharply. They miss the details that could make it a great location. Highly overpriced for what is provided.
