Horrible experience! Unprofessional and arrogant. A lady named Mary Ann Burt, the teller clearly didn't want my business. They are not personable. I never want to go in there again.
A friendly, helpful staff, for those times when you actually want to go into a bank and talk to a person.
Don't like the atm and the clerks can be over bearing at times
Starting to become not so great. I roll all my own change and go swap it out for bills, for years with BoA. Now all of a sudden i have to count it all and tell you how much i have? What if i miscounted? And if you are not busy then what is the point in me counting money that you are going to count anyway?
Went to notarize a document, the older woman who apparently was a notary told me to wait because she is busy. She stated she will sign my documents if I wait. I waited for about a half hour and when I tried to ask if if it will take much longer she got really irritated and told me to sit down. Then finally she approached me and said that she does not have her seal with her today and told me to come back the next day.
